喇荣这个地方，纵然在民主改革及文革期间，也没有被染污过。
Larung, this sacred place, had not been defiled even during the Chinese Democratic Revolution and Cultural Revolution.
总之，这里是纯净的地方，是有加持的地方，是有许多授记的地方。
In a word, Larung is a pure place, a place of blessing, a place of many prophecies.
大家来到这个圣地，不要再愦闹散乱，要告诫自己：“不可放逸，好好修行！”
Since you have already been residing at this sacred place, exhort yourself to quit all distractions and practice earnestly!
